Does anyone know of any spots in Calgary where you can sit in one spot and hit 3-4 pokestops without moving? Just got back from Toronto and that was common - it's ideal for lure farming.

I think the bridge by Eau Claire is the main one since that's been a popular location at night.

Mine just keeps saying "Unable to Authenticate" every time I've tried to log in today, but it appears to be working for other people? I know my username and password are correct, and it's done this other times the servers have been down.

Finally gave into my inner child and downloaded it. Now I need to leave work so I can catch more.
Did feel like a jackass when I was entering my birthday.

Prince's Island Park/Eauclaire
Research Park (By the U of C)
There are probably others, but the above two are the most efficient ones for "lounging" IMO.

Went out and walked 9-10 km today and took the three gyms within walking distance of my house.
Last three nights at Eau Claire have been great fun! Go down with a couple friends, grab a bubble tea, walk around for a couple hours catching Pokemon!

They randomly spawn at different times in different places. Once in a while you'll get really rare or powerful ones spawning, which causes a lot of people in the area to run to that spot to try and catch them before it disappears. If one shows up for someone, it'll show up for everyone in that place at that time.

There not being a Pokespot within about a km of my house is going to be annoying.

This is a map that is editable by everyone so it will always be changing as people add new stops and gyms

CPS are so hip.
Quote:
In the past couple of days, staff members at Calgary Police Headquarters began reporting a presence of suspicious creatures and shadowy figures lurking along the corridors.
Constable Mark Smith initiated an investigation and found the culprits to be a Psyduck and a Weedle. The #Psyduck was safely captured into a Poké Ball but #Weedle managed to escape and is still on the loose.
