Default Flames v Vegas Golden Knights 5pm MDT SNETW Fan 960

Your Calgary Flames continue their march to the 2020 playoffs with an important Pacific Division daylight savings tilt against the Golden Knights at the Saddledome.

A win is in the cards.

Excited for Leah today! Hope Cassie continues her excellent showing from the Columbus game.

We've carved a bit of a buffer between ourselves and the teams chasing us, so that's nice. Good to not constantly be playing with a knife on our throats.

On the other hand, winning this game would really open up the chance to climb higher in the division.

I hope they find a nice hungry-but-loose vibe.

Winning the 2 games we have against Vegas is the key to finishing top 2 in the pacific. Flames have typically played well against Vegas at the Dome so I have some confidence they pull out the win tonight.

Vegas hasn't been great on the road this year, so hopefully the Flames can take advantage. Another big 2 points up for grabs tonight.

Vegas got shut out last game so it’s probably our turn to lose. If the Flames show up , play like a playoff team, and win, that would be surprising and awesome. Been burnt too many times by this crew to get fully behind them yet.

Pat Steinberg @Fan960Steinberg
Looks like Rieder, Stone, Kylington will be healthy scratches tonight vs. Vegas. Only players skating along with Hamonic this morning at the Saddledome.

Zac Rinaldo likely coming back in for the first time in nine games. No indication on a starting goalie. #Flames

If Subban is starting for Vegas, I like our chances.

Flames are starting to roll. Not in high gear yet but I think we come our hard and win this one 3-2.

Hopefully the Flames can take this Golden opportunity to close the gap to one point. I wonder what odds are for a flames victory. If Talbot can shut the door does he become knighted as the number one? Will the top line Flame out or will they scorch there opponent’s. If I was betting, I would go all in, on a fun and exciting game. Go Flames Go!!!

If we can score more goals than the Knights, we'll win. If we can win more games than our division rivals, we'll be in the playoffs.

Go team!
