Yeah, I got that.

Still seems like they stretched a couple jokes out over an entire season.

Well yeah the jokes will be stretched out, the whole season has been serialized. Presumably, based on the finale title, they will stop and go back to one offs.

Is this season a whole play on "Member when South Park was good?"

I thought this season was ok, there were a few good moments. But overall the season gets a 7/10, where as most of the time they are at 8.5 or higher. I give it a 7 over a 6.5 because I enjoyed the member berries, although I felt that they kind of left that hanging a little bit.

I just wish the Cartman payoff was better.. I thought for sure when they needed to troll the internet out of existence that was when Cartman was going to shine with a ton of references to older stuff he has done through out the shows lifetime (which again could tie into the member berries and all that).

Finally got around to finishing the season. I enjoyed it and I appreciate their attempts at serialisation in a world of TV show binging. It did seem however that this caused jokes and plot lines to stretched thin. It may have been better to have the troll story as a three parter with the other episodes being stand alone covering other events in 2016.

If that was the end of the season, the 'member berries sure got dropped with no resolution or point.

Well they did show the member berries in the Oval Office with Garrison at the end of the season. Maybe we will see them again next season?

I thought they were setting up something about a conspiracy with the member berries and JJ Abrams creating nostalgia in The Force Awakens but yeah that went no where.

My guess is they had it all planned out based on a Hillary win... when Trump won, they had to scrap everything and make it fit with Garrison, etc.

277 half hour episodes... Yes, you should catch up just before the season premiere on Wednesday.

It wasn't perfect but goddamn what a good episode to start the season. Cartman and his Alexa, Siri, Google loop was awesome.

Great premier! I was just reading that it messed up home automation systems all over the US (and their shopping lists) making it even better-

Maybe I'm in the minority, but that was a terrible premier.

I didn't think it was that hot either. It's like they had the white people and home automation stories and then jammed in angry white protestor stuff.

If you are a Telus or Shaw customer you should be able to watch thru Muchmusic, who air the new episodes in Canada. Or possibly thru the Telus on demand app.

Sometimes there is a delay from air date to the release on the app though.

EDIT: just to clarify, if Much has an app you may be able to watch for free without being a shaw or telus or bell customer. But sometimes content requires login thru your provider to view.

If you are with telus, definitely just download their Optik TV Go app and go to the on demand area. It should be there.
