No fibre in Chestermere where I am yet.. I used to get sales calls from Telus all the time and I kept telling them to stop calling me unless they can offer me something that's more than 15% the speed of what I've got now. I think they finally got the message.

So I assume they'd bridge you with a good deal on regular Telus internet until they finished trenching and getting fibre to your door then? That could be possible.

Good to know about the Garrison community situation. I still have 10 months to go with Robbers/Shaw, so I think once I have 5 months left, I'll check again with Telus and see if I can get fibre.

I live in Chestermere as well and I've seen Telus trucks come and go but no real work being done and the rep said no ETA showing.

Wonder if they lack the demand for the service how are you supposed to get customers if you can't offer the products in the area.
