The way our bats are going, that's going to be tough to come back from. We absolutely can; we have the power, but we're so cold

The pitch Charts for the Rizzo AB and Stanton are ridiculous. Both should've easily been out on strikes and cost the Jays 4 runs and really hurt the playoffs.
Robo Umps and get rid of these union shills please.

Well when you throw two pitches and your way to manage your control is to throw them over the middle and hope the movement works out it does lead to this if you miss your spots at all. It’s can he strike you out before you homer off of him. It’s been the whole thing the entire season.

Yeah no point in jumping off the bandwagon at this point. 4 innings worth of at bats to get 3 runs. Very doable.

Looking at the ESPN charts Stanton had one call that was a ball that could have been a strike. Rizzo looks fine.

If there is any sort of baseball gods please intervene. The Jays don't deserve to lose this way.

I saw one pitch that was questionable, not like the Jays haven't been getting same breaks.
Not on the umpire.

The MLB has the Rizzo AB with a a clear missed strike and one that was maybe an inch up. A call that has been made with regularity earlier.

Help, save, whatever.
|
The Jays make solid contact and the ball just dies in the air.
Conspiracy! When Jays are at bat the Yankees are given dead balls. When Jay's pitch they are given live balls!

A thing that is rather obvious looking at the charts is that Ray is worn down. He topped out at 95 today and had 92s in there for his fastball. He’s done this the last 3-4 starts. A month or more ago he’s hitting 96-97 consistently. When he drops to 93-95s his K rate drops, his walks go up and he won’t deal as well. I understand they wanted to get him in every five days but he’s not like Manoah. He doesn’t have enough of an arsenal to get by only throwing 92-94.

Just not going the Jays way tonight, which makes this more frustrating. Can’t fault much here I don’t think, it’s just not working out.

The Red Sox losing is. Funny enough if Seattle wins out they likely are in.
