The water tower closed. It was originally Ric's grill. Then something else came in. Then Cut & Char also failed. It was empty for a long time but something new opened up this summer.
La Bella Notte was in the old Fire hall downtown. It closed. I think something else tried to make a go of it for a bit but that didn't last too long.
I forgot about Miro. I ate their once and enjoyed it but I haven't heard about it in a long time. A lot of people used to rave about how good it was.
I'll echo Two Guys.
Every time I'm down there visiting the inlaws, the wife and I make sure to go there to eat at least once. Their 'breaking my meatballs' pizza is unreal.

I just learned about Tacos Made in Mexico. It is in downtown Lethbridge. It sounds like it is authentic Tacos and some co-workers are raving about it right now.
Tacos Made in Mexico is great. Went there after Ribfest on the weekend because I parked right outside of it. Friendly staff, large portions and so good.
The City of Lethbridge can now boast six digits in its population figures, and can stake its claim to being the third largest city in the province of Alberta.
