Sportsnet has completely debased themselves. They were low in the credibility department as it was but abandoning any objectivity to cheer on the oilers is a pretty tough look. The personnel should honestly be embarrassed about it. The difference could not be more clear when compared to the national broadcast in the US, and the Canadian guys are getting outclassed.

Maybe I am having amnesia but every playoff series the Flames played in recent memory, minus the one vs the Oilers, had half the amount of penalties than this series. And this is a final which historically has even less penalties then previous rounds. Everyone always talks about the rules changing for playoffs but it’s clear as day the rules change for some but not all.
