Seems like a good strategy for a 7th rounder. Sometimes players can have a bad year, but aren't bad players. There was something there that made people look at them as being 1st rounders.
I don't disagree though it seems like any sort of player regression really turns teams off. Anyways I do find it interesting to see how different teams approach those late rounds.
Dal Colle wasn't really that good in junior - lack of real progression which is a concern in the first couple of years after being drafted.
I think it is safe to say the Isle's would take a re-do on that pick.
