It's got a lot to do with one of the big reasons the Twilight books were so popular. Bella is given very little specific physical description (Brown eyes, brown hair, clumsy) in order for the reader to be able to more easily feel that they are the character.
Trump's language is such that whatever course of actions his supporters feel is best is the one they are able to imagine him pursuing.
Defeat ISIS - "The best people, secret, unpredictable plan"
Economy - "Stop China, bring jobs back"
Health Care - "Repeal and Replace"
Taxes - "Lower"
Hillary - "Jail"
Media - "They'll have such trouble"
Everything - "Make America Great Again!"
He presents absolutely no specifics, but blurts out mangled word salads with enough key phrases for people to decide for themselves what it is he's talking about. I imagine if you got Trump supporters from different industries and States together, they'd get in a fight over exactly what he's going to do, but ultimately agree that he's needed to "Make America Great Again" whatever the hell that's supposed to mean.

I think no one getting shot by some rampaging idiot claiming a stolen election would be a massive victory at this point.

I fear that there will be politically motivated violence amongst Black Friday shopping.

Conway tweeting an article where someone claims to have been paid $3500 to protest a Trump rally. Deplorable she says. Maybe true, maybe not.
Infowars paying people $thousands if they shout "Bill Clinton is a rapist" or wear the RAPE t-shirt they sell is absolutely true and widely advertised.
EDIT: Also wonder what Conway will say about her re-tweet that every sexual assault survivor deserves to be heard, believed, supported.

I think the science is biology? His sex and the color of his skin play a significant role in the nonsense acceptance. People seem willing to believe anything, as long as we can go back to the old days.
A black president followed by a female president? That's not the way this is supposed to work!

I'm still hoping that Andy Kaufman comes out from back stage at Trump's concession speech

In an “Entertainment Tonight” Christmas feature in 1992, Trump looked at a group of 10-year-old girls and said he would be dating one of them in ten years. At the time, Trump would have been 46 years old.
The video, released Wednesday evening, was shot at Trump Tower.
In the clip, Trump asks one of the 10-year-old girls if she’s “going up the escalator.” When the girl replies, “yeah,” Trump turns to the camera and says: “I am going to be dating her in 10 years. Can you believe it?”

"SCOOP: Trump campaign going nuclear. Will soon roll out new accusers. "We're going to turn him into Bill Cosby," vows Bannon. @bw story soon"

A senior Trump adviser says the campaign will soon bring forward new accusers: “Women are coming to us who have been groped or sexually abused by Bill Clinton.” Trump is considering featuring these women at campaign rallies to “give witness to what Hillary Clinton actually did.” The Republican nominee’s decision to close out his campaign by attacking what he alleges to be the Clintons’ history of sexual violence suggests the next few weeks could be among the ugliest in modern presidential history.
On Thursday night, the Trump campaign will begin a new media blitz, his advisers say, with Broaddrick, Willey, and Jones appearing together on a one-hour Fox News special hosted by Sean Hannity. Additional interviews will follow.

In 2008, Trump proposed a Celebrity Apprentice contestant to NBC, which the network wisely vetoed: O.J. Simpson.
http://money.cnn.com/2016/10/12/medi...son/index.html
Quote:
In an effort to gin up interest in his newly revamped "Celebrity Apprentice" in 2008, Donald Trump entertained a controversial idea: bringing on O.J. Simpson as a contestant.
The proposal was quickly and unequivocally shot down by NBC at the time. The company released a statement in April 2008 saying, "NBC representatives have never considered O.J. Simpson for the next season of 'The Apprentice,' nor will."
But in interviews on television and on the radio, Trump talked about how he wanted Simpson — who was acquitted for the murder his ex-wife in a sensational 1995 trial — on his reality show.
"I do have to tell you about O.J. and 'The Apprentice,'" Trump said in July 2008 on the Howard Stern Show. "NBC went totally crazy when I wanted to put O.J. on The Apprentice."

I knew this would get crazy... but this is getting crazily crazy! I'm actually worried for nebulous, mysterious big reasons, which is very unlike me.
Disquieting is the word I think I'm after. This campaign is a nightmare.

27 days left.
Ugh.
Just get it over with, especially because it's already over.
