Feel I should finally watch Parks and Rec or Community... Which one first?
Ooh...tough choice.
It depends. Do you prefer traditional sitcom formats with really good characters and witty/clever comedy? It'd be Parks.
Do you prefer insane plot lines, characters that are closer to caricatures, and comedy that is absurd but also has some intelligent points to make? Community. Just stop before the last season.
But for further consideration, here's a video from a dude explaining why Community is so culturally important and relevant, and even compares it to Parks and Rec. He specifically refers to the paintball episodes as being the turning point in the series (it's a little long, but watch as much of it as you feel is needed).

No, of course you should go past season 2. While not every episode is amazing, there are still LOTS of reasons to watch almost the entirety of the series. The last season is definitely weak, but if you're a completionist, you'll want to watch it anyway.

Yeah super weird comment. Some of the best episodes of the whole series are in season 3 at least.
Hacks is co-created and executive produced by a writer from Parks and Rec and The Good Place, and two other writers she worked with on Broad City. Also on as an executive producer is Michael Schur, a co-creator and EP on Parks and Rec, Brooklyn 99, The Good Place, and Rutherford Falls.
Jean Smart, recently of Fargo, Legion, Watchmen, and Mare of Easttown, is the lead.
The Rookie has been renewed for season 4 which I'm glad to see, I've really enjoyed this season and they seem to find a way of creating high levels of tension in a hurry.
Tonights season finale ending was incredibly jarring and well done.
