Never. They need their scapegoat to keep from accepting the shortcomings of the team on the whole.

The way they lock in on one guy is gross though.

Tough gig, and you have these jerks who can't do what you do critiquing the smallest mistake like you killed their dog.

You can't spell Stuart Skinner without "STINKER".

Totally agree. Skinner hasn't been amazing, but I don't think he deserves all the criticism for letting in that particular goal. Robertson duped him good and that is because Robertson is good. Good players make average goalies look silly.

Skinner hasn't been great, but he still manages to hold the Oilers in most games. His post game interviews are revealing that he belongs with the no-goods though.

Robertson has been mostly junk these playoffs, we can only hope he goes on a major confidence heater now.

He scored 80 points in 82 games during the season and has 16 points in 16 playoff games to lead their team. Has as many goals as McDrai in this series.

Not sure how that's mostly junk.

You must have high expectations if you think Robertson is in a funk. Just because he doesn’t play 30 mins a game doesn’t mean he’s not producing enough.

I thought I’d heard that he hadn’t scored in his previous 10 games (could be wrong) but, if that was indeed the case, it’s easily “a funk” (maybe not junk) for a player like him who is considered a goal scorer

It's hilarious what a fanboy Nielson is too.

As soon as Hintz came back he scores a hatty. I think he was missing his #1 C.

I need 1 game where the Stars just decimate these scumbags, a win with a 5 goal margin would be nice. Let's make that tonight to break their spirit.

What's funny is the Stars basically didn't miss a beat by not having their #1 Center for 4 straight games. Where would the best team ever Oilers be if they lost their #1 Center for that long?

Feels like this is the first time all playoffs where the Oilers have faced any kind of adversity. Yea, they were down 2-1 and 3-2 to the 'Nucks, but Vancouver didn't bother to show up in most of those games, especially games 6 and 7. Not to mention they were playing their 3rd string goalie the entire series.

Dallas is an entirely different beast. Deep, skilled, tough, and fast, with strong D and goaltending who can roll 4 lines and burn you every which way. Their only weakness appears to be their PP and that they seem to come out flat in 1st periods. I'd love for the Stars to come out of the gates flying tonight and really take control early for a change. There's no doubt in my mind that they're gonna win this series, but it would be nice to do it in 5 instead of 6 or 7.
