I am not bothered either way.
A) They lose both McDavid and Drai in hilariously embarrassing fashion, far worse than us and Chucky/Johnny.
B) They extend all their big players to franchise crippling salaries. If we think the Oilers are top heavy now, imagine them with McDrai getting $30M between the two of them + Bouch doubling his current salary.
Edmonton is so screwed regardless.

I will not speak of the demise of the current version of the Oilers until they are done and dead from these playoffs. Just bad juju if you ask me.
This series isn't over, and it's far too close to go there yet.

Bouchard is this year's 100 point RNH / Canadian division season Nurse.
I love that they hurt themselves by pumping up every player that enjoys the mcdavid effect going into a new contract as if it isn't at least 50% mcdavid.

When a team that represents an unstoppable power play meets a team that rarely takes penalties, the unstoppable power play team is going to have an existential crisis about who and what they are, but they shouldn't.

All the Oilers cap trouble talk over the next couple of years just makes me shudder. Those asshats, through unfathomable ineptitude, are lining themselves up for another decade of first overalls, top 5s, and lottery wins. I'm getting older. I don't know what another decade like that might do to me.

Of course, but if you ask Benn or whoever that question after the first, he's going to say we have to be much better. I need to be better. We have to start stronger. Whatever.
He's not going to say meh, it happens.

I'll be happy when Douchard takes their money a la Nurse and it further cripples the grease.

LeBron, Bosh and Wade planned a super team during the Olympics. 2 years later they went to join Wade in Miami.
Miami left 3 max spots open to accommodate this.
The Warriors lets a max spot open knowing Durant was a FA.
Sports is changing teams plan ahead. So do players.

It is gone. That’s just a loser left over who works for TSN and is an embarrassment.
He gets to call CFL games some how.

It was a great shot by Robertson though, I mean, a tiny little hole and he found it and shoot the puck through it. Praise the shooter instead of saying Stinker let in a bad goal.

That’s Edmonton though.
Skinner is taking all the blame while team defence isn’t mentioned. Draisaitl was leaving for the breakaway pass, already between the blue line and the red line. Meanwhile, Robertson was left all alone beside the net and had enough time to floss his teeth before he shot.
