Pretty darn impressive resume- Nick Rivers, Jim Morrison, Madmartigan, Doc Holliday, Bruce Wayne, John Holmes, Iceman, Simon Templar. And cant recall character name, but of course Heat!
RIP
And for those that don’t get the reference above, the masterpiece of Top Secret-

Val Kilmer was great. I especially loved him as Jim Morrison. Apparently he could be hard to work with, but I guess that is pretty usual for a lot of great actors for some reason.

One of the biggest snubs in the history of the academy awards was leaving the best portrayal of Doc Holliday ever off the list for best supporting actor.

He was so good as everything. Literally everything he did, he nailed. Guy was an actor's actor.

It sucks that news orgs keep listing Batman as what he is known for. Michael Keaton, Christian Bale, Adam West - yes! known for Batman. Val Kilmer - how about known for The Doors, Top Gun, Tombstone, Willow, Heat.

Let's not blame Kilmer for Schumacher's disaster.

He was fine as a Bruce Wayne/Batman.
He was at the very least fine in every role he ever took. He was amazing in a lot of them. He is probably my favourite actor of all time.

I totally forgot that Val Kilmer was the swordsman in Willow. That was a good role too.

Put some respect on Madmartigan's name.

I was able to read this on my phone as a "free" article.
https://www.vulture.com/article/will...membrance.html
Val Kilmer moved in to Will Forte's place for a bit, and Will got him hooked on The Amazing Race
