Well that solves it! With this unbiased expert testimony, everyone should lay off Gullfoss!

When both things are bad, It’s totally reasonable to rationalize and defend the less bad one. It’s also cool to speculate that it could just be the least bad thing possible in the category and ignore the possibility that it could be the worst thing imaginable in the category.

The alleged victim is now 17 and was a friend of Kesler’s eldest daughter.

During more than two hours on the stand, she told the court that, after falling asleep on a couch next to Kesler in the hours following a New Year’s Eve party at his home, she awoke to find his foot rubbing her crotch and her foot touching his erect penis over a pair of shorts.

Kesler’s attorneys argued, among other things, that inconsistencies in the accuser’s recounting of the night to law enforcement and a local children’s advocacy center should’ve stopped the case from going to trial.

Doesn’t seem like this would be a scenario where someone would have an axe to grind. Other than the he said she said arguement I can see him being found innocent. I would assume he will lose his family as well.

You have to wonder what he was trying to accomplish. Guess he’ll have time to mull it over when he’s in jail. Just like his ex team mate Willie Mitchell. Maybe they will be cell mates.
