I think dammage is right and they have 2 left. Because they’re already carrying two extra forwards, three would have to be injured before they could call even one up (I think, and 1/2 for defence).

Tough to imagine the team sitting three forwards at the same time just to give a rookie some reps, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Zary and Wolf get a little time.

You may not agree with Sutter at times but if you look on from the last year the our 1st line was the best line flames ever had and Sutter got this team to the top. Imagine oilers without there 2 sisters leaving what would they be today? Sutter loves his city and his province and is trying his best with what we have.we have some dark years coming doesn't matter what coach you bring our depth sucks we got no game changers no snipers .

People who Wana be here and play here makes a world of difference. You didn't like the possibility of Conroy becoming our gm because of feaster and liking players. What you fail is to recognize the hard work Conroy does and the time and dedication he has put into the flames organization and does deserve to be promoted 1 day.

Really it's just shutting down guys that are injured by that part if you are officially out. If they are 8+ points out with 8 games remaining that pretty much means they are done.

Just don't pull a 20-21 and play guys with hip injuries, broken ribs, etc like they did that year.

Nursing an injury - shut them down.

I can’t think of one good reason to watch this game, or any other games for that matter. Hopefully they lose out and get a decent pick but I don’t have much faith in that either. This old, boring team has really taken its toll on me this year. Oh well, it’ll be summer in four months!

Looking forward to watching the game soon. Can't read the FOI forum anymore as it's just the same tired, repeated rants, complaints and thoughts. Was easier to skip past a few posts before, but now I find myself scrolling non-stop and just end up backing the hell out of the thread.

This organization needs to stop changing coaches every 2-3 years. Zero stability at this position. The fan base is so quick to blame the bench boss and this carousel of change is tiring. Also, why would top candidates want to come here if they know there will likely be booted in a few seasons? No accountability on the players and it’s always the coaches fault. Sure, people will say you can’t change the whole team so easier to change the coach, but at this point enough is enough. Not even Scotty Bowman could get this team to a playoff spot.
