Try and run the museum out of business by setting up your own free garden art gallery to compete.

EDIT: I assume you could dispose of it in any of the garbage or recycle bins too.

The fact I found this article on The Financial Times site just kills me.

I haven't been getting many tarantula spawns on nook mile islands . They really lowered the spawn rate. I don't really understand the reasoning for it. Is it a big deal that people can use these tickets to get bells?

In a SIM game you have to time the content or people burn through it to fast. By the same token you need to ensure people are given progress at a reasonable rate.

Decreasing spawn and killing the interest rate has pushed it further back on the content vs time curve.

Nice! My buy price was 109, so I decided not to buy any this week. Foolish me, maybe I should always buy at least 1 inventory worth.

On the plus side I finally saw my first falling star and got my first star fragment. Even a wand takes 3 though.

Haven't been able to buy anymore art yet.. Seeing how infrequent he comes I might just start up a second character on my switch so I can buy a second piece whenever he comes around. Also saw that some of the fake art is haunted (i.e. the paintings will suddenly change at a certain time, and one of the statues will float around). Cool.

New bugs and fish soon: https://www.ign.com/wikis/animal-cro...ew_Bugs_in_May

Still on the fence if I want to try for gold roses.

Weird. I’ve had several meteor showers. I have a ton of fragments.

Tonight I got lucky and found a rainy bamboo island. No tiger beetles so tarantulas spawned liked crazy. I filled up my inventory in no time, and then the rain stopped. Perfect timing. 297,000 bells worth with a bonus oarfish.

I guess I should consider myself lucky then. The coolest recipe I have that uses star fragments is the sci-fi wall. It makes it look like you’re on a spaceship.

Gift them to unsuspecting villagers? Apparently some of them are straight up haunted.

I like how when you give things to villagers they show up in their houses. Now I plan on what fish suits a specific villager, or what flower goes in their house well.

I gave one some clay and they made a pitcher that they put on their table!

Actually I think I'm going to give Rodney hundreds of stink bugs. Or dozens hamsters, then everyone will recoil in horror when they go to Rodney's house.

Why do my favorite villagers want to move away but Rodney never does?

Made the same mistake. Gave my favorite bear a recycling bin. He put it in his house.

Gave my eagle a fish thinking he'd eat it or something. Nope. It's decor in his house.

I knew that people somtimes traded villagers, but some are popular enough to go for big sums of bells or nook miles tickets.

https://www.animalcrossingportal.com...ity-list.php#/

The highest I have on that list is Bam

EDIT: Cool, just after I posted this I jumped in and Rodney wants to move out! Yay!

I got another rainy bamboo island. Scorpions are a-holes just like tarantulas. They seem to spawn on, or near, the beach though. If you’re in a standoff they don’t hop before attacking like tarantulas do so I’m having a harder time netting them. I can lure them in a diamond but that’s not as fun.

Rainy on my island today finally (only the second time I think), spent 50 fish bait but didn't get a coelacanth, or either of the two new pier fish.

Decided to do some island tours to find someone to replace Rodney, and I found Kabuki!

Some may not like him, but I like the different look, all my villagers are so boring.

Also got most of the new bugs and fish for May

I’ve been without internet access for the last 30 hours. My Turnips are going to go bad, and the price per turnip is 28 Bells on my island...Thanks Shaw!

You can make your iPhone a hotspot and connect your Switch to the Internet that way.
