Players are only required to attend two development camps. If they attend more than that, it's at their own discretion.
Carroll has already played 2 full seasons in Stockton, so he's not likely to gain much by attending another development camp.

Loving Parson's movement.
Looks so quick but at the same time very controlled.
I still shudder remembering Henrik Karlsson's lateral pushes where he'd end up near the boards instead of the goal post.

Parsons looks aggressive out there. Reminds me of Tim Thomas. Might be prone to getting out of position but he's going to make some highlight reel saves.
Just has to make sure he also saves the easy ones too.
