I'm not sure what you are talking about, I was at the game and the crowd went nuts.

Looking at the replay, I think he misjudged where the pass was going to go and had to make that desperation save when he saw where it actually went.

I think he said he thought a shot was going to come and the pass caught him off guard

He was square to the passer (who he figured was going to take a shot). When the pass went across, he barely tracked it in time and even then was only just starting his side-to-side motion.
If he had read the play a little better, he wouldn't have bit on the shot and gotten across in time. It's more natural that rookie goalies would expect the shot rather than the pass, and besides - not a lot of goalies in the NHL could've stopped it in that situation.

Okay, with the injuries and losing streaks I thought that was the way you were going with that sentence.

No worries....I was going at the angle of reasons not excuses. There are good reasons they are bad this year.

Just had to come back and gloat a little after what happened yesterday.
So yesterday I was critical of Feaster's managing style and look at what happens? He makes a trade and clears a spot to recall Blair Jones of all people who I mentioned the other day and inquired why he wasn't up here.
A couple weeks ago I again was critical of Jay Feaster's managing style and he goes and makes a trade for Smid.
Coincidence?

Some guy gets ridiculed because of some over the top ridiculous posts he makes and then he states, "I'm also done here as this will be my last post. There's better more serious hockey forums out there."
Guy posts to "gloat" about more ridiculous over the top stuff again on same hockey forum less than 24 hours later.
FAIL.

It's just to easy when you're so easily vindicated, practically right after you post something.. LOL
So haters hate away.
Perhaps post something about ice hockey.

Can you apologise for not leaving like you said you would? Now nothing you said can be trusted because you've lied to everyone.
For shame.

Perhaps you and others should refrain from calling people trolls at every turn and actually contribute something that is relevant to a given discussion.
Why should I or anyone else leave because a bunch of people say we're trolling?
If the moderator doesn't want me here than he just has to say so.

As long as the person behind "Jobhopper" account can keep on coming up with material like this post, and my sig, I'm perfectly fine with him not getting banned. Too entertaining
