11 points for the opposition, 8 points for themselves.
I was just thinking about this earlier today, that .500 hockey should be 50% of the points that have been awarded in the teams games for the season.
So right now the Flames have 8 points out of the 19 points given out so far this season in their games.

Great. Arguably down 3 top-6 forwards and a #1 goalie.
Thank god this team seems somewhat resilient. Hopefully Horak gets called up if Backlund is out for a while.

This debate has been hashed out a million times, but .500 is based on points IMO and in that sense we are most certainly .500.

When? When did I do that? 7 games is his body of work? If that was the case his body of work has been garbage.

Meh. Too many haters. I'm pleasantly surprised and optimistic about this team.

So if the flames were 8-0 and won every game in OT or shootout they would have 16 out of 24 points given out and you would consider them playing 0.66 hockey instead of 100% hockey?

Dammit. Nobody said winning percentage. The common percentage now is points percentage. How many times must this debate happen?

So where are the usual suspects and their "bad teams find a way to lose" quotes?
