Ah so you've read over the many underwritten policies that are held against the Saddledome and the various operations run out of there?
Oh, you haven't? Then quit acting like a know it all. This isn't a generic el-cheapo house insurance policy. They could cover XYZ that house insurance doesn't even begin to touch, or it could cover nothing. You do not know.

For floods, likely one of these:

Overall financially, the ice storms were way worse.

Perhaps he means financially or infrastructure damage. Not just loss of life.

Wow.. pretty surreal pictures. Hope everyone down there is staying safe. Is the worst of it over yet or is the river still rising?

The whole area is flooded. As they pump water out, more would just come back in.

I suppose it depends on what metric is being used to evaluate. Obviously, this is going to have less casualties than others.
I was thinking in terms of dollars worth of damage. I believe the ice storm is still the highest, this has got to be more than that.

Absolutley - I'm not saying it's a job that ends. I'm just wondering if you they could pump it out enough to help mitagate the damage. At this rate it seems like the dome is going to fill until reaches the concourse and then seeps out the doors. There is no where for that water to go.
