Is it getting worse again down there? After I left I went to crescent road and it looked like it was really spilling over onto memorial near three peace bridge. I wonder if I relaxed too soon.

I volunteer with the Stampede and I know that some groups start setting up as early as this Tuesday. So it's certainly going to have some effect.
The chuckwagon barns are almost completely under water at this point so I imagine the track is also not in great shape.

Nope. 14 is the highest row in the majority of the lower bowl.

I think getting to the dome at all might be an issue before worrying about doing anything about the water inside it
