the specialization revenue doesn't show up there because its not a constant flow. The trucks/railcars/ships have to physically move the stuff, which in the case of trucks is very much affected by traffic.

Went to log in just now. NAW1 shows as available, but can't connect. You would think after a week they would have this figured out. Anyway tried to find a solution online. Found this instead lol:
back to my electronics specialization, i thought at first that i wasn't making any money with it, despite how much i put into it since my revenue was always still in the red. but then i noticed that my bank kept growing despite my revenue showing -15k per hour. it would be nice if your city specialization revenue would count towards your regular income, because though i'm still making money i have no idea how much and it's harder to plan finances accordingly
If you're going electronics specialization then you dont need to plan for finances :P
Electronics are so broken right now that you barely need a functioning city to be able to pull in 5-10 million in income every day. I had a community college in my electronics city that kept clogging my roads so I blew it up, a couple of in-game hours I had a melt down in my nuclear power plant because my population turned ######ed over lunch but it didn't even make a difference because 9/10th of my buildings are trade depots and electronic factories.
those are all the big issues that i've noticed so far. the region play is working now, but it's extremely delayed. if you put up power, water, or other services in one city don't expect to be able to buy them in another city for several hours after. it seems to take that long for the servers to recognize what's available in the region
FYI this is not because the servers are delayed. Each city runs on it's own independent time, So if you research something in a city in Year 5, say solar upgrade. You will not get in in the rest of the region cities until Year 5 at the same time. I believe this is also the case for Gifts as well.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure this is how it works and is working as intended.

It is in fact because of server lag. Otherwise my "new" city would not have been able to buy water from my "older" city right off the bat, which it could.

they need to add Mass Effect to the stack of bodies

Actually, I'm not sure why Dragon Age and Dead Space are even on there, as both developers were acquired by EA before production started on them (Mass Effect as well). Shockingly, Command And Conquer is missing.

Because the other franchises existed prior to the developer being bought by EA and summarily #######ized in some manner.
At least that was the assumption I got, because if you consider Dragon Age, Dead Space or Mass Effect to now be bad, but before had been good, I don't see how you could pin that on EA when they published all games in their respective franchises, which they did not do for Burnout, Need For Speed, SimCity, or Command And Conquer.
EDIT: On that note, I thought Burnout Paradise was a fun direction for the game (though sometimes I miss pointless smashing). It was hardly a killing blow to the series.

*Ahem* Mass Effect 1 was published by Microsoft.

EDIT: In looking into my claims, Need For Speed was always published and developed by EA as well. C&C was published by EA, but Westwood Studios wasn't acquired until 2003.

I am not too familiar with the other series, but my biggest issues with the Mass Effect series are things that are obviously EA's fault: Origin exclusivity, and pricey DLCs that never get bundled or go own sale. Being EA all along doesn't preclude a series from having been ruined by EA. They have gained "EA traits".
And again I cannot find a single server that is working properly to play on.
