Sure hope the day comes soon where the Flames don't have slow Dmen anymore.
I'm having my doubts that it will happen though when they go out sign a guy like Grossman.
I'd rather just have smart mobile Dmen than big hulking pylons. It's not that I mind big strong physical defensive Dmen, just get ones that can skate.
Wideman's contract cannot expire soon enough either.
Wideman, Engelland, Grossman all UFA's after this year. After that let's keep the D mobile.

I wonder how long it will be until we see Kulak, Jokipakka, and Kylington patrolling the blueline instead of the three slow guys.
