Again, the whistle going when the puck is not yet in the net does not automatically mean that the goal can’t count.
On immediate continuation, the goal can count. The puck wasn’t covered, the puck went into the net before anyone could have reacted to the whistle, that’s a goal.

Horrible play by Andersson tonight. Directly responsible for two crucial goals against. Bad read by Zadorov on the other breakaway, he should have that play scouted and backed off early instead of trying to hold the line.
