It amazes me how people can figure these things out. I could see the Wizard bug happening on pure coincidence. I'm pretty sure fracture and archon are regularly-used spells. But that Barb one..where does that even come from?
Anyway this exploit requires me to be in Act 3, which I will probably never reach in Inferno. I'm pretty much mired in normal-Hell (though happily so), where this exploit is pointless.

The video shown above is early in Act 3 fighting Gromm(i think his name is) all he had to do was charge through the door starting the cutscene to make it work I imagine that could be discovered accidently.

Actually, any cut scene should work. The video shows it using ghom. I an totally see it being found, since I could see someone using charge a a mini sprint on occasion or just hitting it by accident.
Enough of these are existing that it makes me think if you are not using them then you might as well not be playing.
Who knows what hasn't been found yet.

The forums say it's only doable in Act 3. Once you enter Act 4 the buff ends, and for whatever reason it doesn't work in Act 1 or 2. Some guy said they pulled it off fighting Magda in Act 2, but no confirmation.
Reminds me of back in the day when I played Asheron's Call. There was a glitch in the game where you would pull off a move that would allow you to move and cast spells at the same time, where the game was built so that you were supposed to be standing still during spells. In turn, it became a required skill to know to flourish in PvP. Once AC2 came out, that glitch was removed, everyone hated the PvP in turn and people stopped playing.

I was going to reply to NJ that he had a "nice day at the track", but thought that our debate should subside.... and I haven't looked at this thread for a few days.
LOL, I could have had a REALLY nice day at the track with my killing/MF/Wizard!!!
I hate exploits though, so that tempation would have really bottered me. Heck, one day of that would have easily brought 500+ million of goods, I am sure.
Ultimately I am glad I missed out on it, but the game was impacted significantly. Can you imagine a killing wizard partied with nothing but MF people hiding in the shadows plowing through session after session of the highest levels?

I am currently winning a 1M bid for gloves like that (minus res all and no vit but with decent amount of dex)
But of course someone will jump on it with 3 seconds to go...

I'm slowly clawing my way towards the end of act 3. Hit a bit of a wall, but upgraded a few pieces and my monk should be able to grind it out. Still need to get more crit chance, but that gets ludicrously expensive. Monk is sitting at 32k dmg, 45k life, 1000 all res, 200% crit dmg and 15% crit. Really need to upgrade that crit chance so that I can use the lightning tornado glyph on bladestorm.
Nicker, have you been able to make a good amount of coin with crafting? I'm thinking that crafting to get the gold to get the gear might be the way to go.

Also, which pattern is most worthwhile? The gloves look like the best choice but the freaking pattern goes for 20+mill.

Sounds like every class best builds rely on Crit chance/Crit Dmg then resists and stats.
Levelling a Wizard and went this way even before hitting 60 and killing elites is much easier using forever frozen strat even though I don't crit enough to keep them frozen all the time. Frost Nova and Diamond Skin generally come back so I can almost spam it most of the time. Need to change the build though for boss fights.
@NJ, do you know if the 6 affix conquest sword worth crafting? Had it drop for me but not sure if I should try crafting or sell it. Seems to be worth about 1.5M

Weapons are not worth crafting at all.
Armor, and only some armor at that, is worthwhile,

I'm still playing quite a bit, but it's getting stale. If all the Acts were as long as Act I, the game wouldn't feel so small. As it is, I am already bored of farming Act II because there it feels so cramped.
One thing they really messed up on is the dungeon sizes; the biggest one is under the Keep in Act III, but that should have been the median size one, not the outlier. Most dungeons are a circular path with one hallway leading off to level 2, and a small glob of connected corridors on that level, all of which can be run when cleared of critters in under 2 minutes. Big whoop.

That's what I figured since the price of it was no where close to the 20M+ you pay for the gloves. Still a good drop though . Also got a 5 affix helm but that one only goes for 100k so probably just learn it for fun.

Ummm crafting as a service is pretty much over... people are doing it now for free + tips.. Its a waste but I have gotten my 100K + 5 mil tips before if I craft them a good glove. I make money with gloves that I make. However even that starting to wain. I think the might have silenty nerfed crafting as I am getting a bunch of crap these days.
