You don't ever buy from some dirtbag off the street. Not because of the chance that you'll get caught but because you'll probably be getting garbage. As soon as you find someone reliable...like a friend of a friend...you stick with that person. That way you know what you're paying for.

umm...weed is an herb so I don't know what form you're actually talking about. You can get it in many different forms, like candy for example...or you can cut out the herb and get pure THC.

No-ones quoted this yet, so I'll help out. This stuff is weed in name only, zero THC and no one really knows what its made out of, might as well dry out some grass in your yard, add food colouring and smoke that. High Times magazines are full of ads for stuff like this, don't waste your money.
