No idea what your point is - I never said the games are sold out, I said the majority of the unsold seats are in the PL section, and that most of the lower bowls are STH seats.

I was pointing out to the person that suggested that WPG seats are more expensive, and that's why they are not sold out, is misleading, because the 15,000 best seats at the Dome are more expensive on average than WPG.

I think his point is that Calgary isn’t such a #### hot market as you are portraying and he’s right. I don’t think Flames fans should look down their noses at anyone. The building has been effectively silent for like a decade and my fondest memories as a Flames fan are 20 years old. Tickets aren’t hard to get.

I also am dubious the new building will sell out after about the first 10 games or so if the team sucks. People will look at the gross pricing and be like mmm no thanks.

Never once made that implication. Follow the conversation. The original poster was suggesting that Wpg's lack of attendance was due to high ticket prices, because their tickets are more expensive than Calgary's. Which is simply false. That is what I was arguing. jayswin seemed to want to argue that Calgary has some unsold seats, which, while true, had little to do with my posts that he/she kept quoting.
