Byron misses one more breakway and I'd send him down too. The guy clearly can't put the puck in the net. At least he brings energy though.

He has a 3 year deal, it's not an experiment. Seto was an experiment. That said, he has been hot garbage. It's disappointing that we looked like world beaters with more kids in the lineup. It's a shame given roster space and cap considerations we can't try a few games with Sven, Ferland etc. back in the lineup.

such a frustrating game to watch. Flames just couldn't build any momentum after taking numerous 1 goal leads only to hand the goal back to florida within the next shift or two.

wideman, engelland were pretty brutal. It seemed everytime they had the puck in their own zone it was due for a turnover.

Gaudreau seems off for the past 2 games, last game could be attributed to hudler being away, but last night he was fanning on so many passes, hoping he bounces back tonight.

Not that Bollig's play has been good lately (his sitting was earned), but it was interesting that with him out and Grats waived, the Panthers seemed to really take it to the Flames physically. The Flames, especially the small softer guys all had bad games and even Monahan, who took a lot of physical abuse was very ineffective.

Maybe Burke and Treliving are right and these tough guys allow the F
flames skill players to play their game.

I was yelling at my tv, telling Hiller to get the hell up when he lost his balance and laid on the ice for one of those goals.

Very frustrating game to watch, but pretty exciting game to be at with a fun atmosphere (I missed the fights unfortunately). Don't think I've ever booed so loudly in a game after the Bouma headlock from Montoya.

Hiller had a very bad game. Not only were 4 of 6 goals trash, but the time in which they were scored was terrible.

There were a few times in the game I mistook 11 for 13. Backlund is playing a very confident game on both ends of the ice. And he loves playing against the canucks!

Fights in different sections. People throwing stuff on the ice. WTF? Are we turning into the sweatpanted fans 3 hours north? Or worse, the entitled rioters on the left coast? These people at Flames games need to be shamed. If you spot some moron throwing crap on the ice, have a word or two with him. Let him know how silly it is to do that.

This is why we have mouth breathers banging on the glass all the time. Nobody called them on it in the beginning and it caught on with the other morons who want to be seen.

Sorry for the old man rant

Hiller was awful, Monahan looked shaky. I'm honestly losing track of why Paul Byron is even on this team anymore. Rough game, but the same trend as the last two. Working hard, not working smart.

This team needs a road trip.

Yup Bouma has more points than Byron..
I was hoping Byron was the next MSL this year but I'm ready to move on now.

I think Byron has the most breakaway attempts on this team this year and hasn't potted in one..

Russell has looked like a depth d the last 15 games. Needs a game off to refocus.

He cashed one against Ottawa, but has missed on probably a dozen others. If you can't convert at the NHL level...

I am wondering if people might be frustrated with the downturn in the economy lately. It's only been since the calendar turned over to 2015 that the Delta Bravos have been coming to the rink.
