If you had told me the Flames would be 18-15 by Christmas I would have taken it. Easily. To have managed an eight game losing skid in doing so just blows my mind.
At the beginning of the season, how many of you would have called 18-15 unreasonable given projections?

Love the win, but Raymond looked atrocious tonight. Outside of the last five minutes and overtime, I couldn't help but watch him and just see how much he's struggling. Softer than a down jacket, that guy.

If there was ever a team that deserved to defy the odds and win the draft lottery after narrowly missing the playoffs, it's this Calgary Flames team. It's been a bumpy road and the odds were never in our favour, but surrender and tank are not in this teams vocabulary.

Johnny scoring 2 goals with the goalie pulled as a rookie must be a NHL record. They should look into that.
