I can kinda feel where they're coming from.
I mean I'm a real penis guy, and while it's not a huge deal when someone parks their penis next to mine, they really could have at least left it one spot over.
Don't even get me started on when they smack their penis into mine.

Anyhow, people park anywhere they can and one day I got this, note the guy is parked beside me in a spot which is not a parking spot, so it was a double whammy, I get here early enough that I can pick my spot, so I parked to the left edge to give whomever parks next to me plenty of room, of course that meant no one should park next to me...

Not exactly like, but not totally unlike Ideal Free Distribution, if you take out the resource factor.

Where resource could be substituted for maximum comfortable space.

You can tell which posters on this site drive crappy vehicles.

It's almost as if door dings are only possible if you first park next to someone for no reason.

If you don't want to risk having other people park in valid open stalls that happen to be near you, leave your penis extender in the garage.

This is true, and regrettably we have no control over that. But what I do have control over is the ability to to park away from other people like Resolute who will smash their doors into the car I worked very hard for because they don't give a #### about anything, so excuse the hell out of me for trying to protect my penis extender.

Kindly point me to the post where Resolute said (or even insinuated) that he'd smash his doors into your car because he doesn't give a #### about anything.

No, you don't get it because you don't care. Cars aren't important to you, and that's perfectly Ok. But just because you don't care about something doesn't mean it doesn't matter. I like my car, so I do what I can to prevent damage. I drive defensively, and I also Park defensively. Why this seems to offend you is beyond me.

Folks, there are other reasons someone might want to park away from people, and therefore it's not cool to park right beside them if at all possible to avoid.
For example, I had blown my ACL out and could barely bend my knee. My car sits low already and to get out of it was very painful. Thus I parked well away from everyone so I could open the door fully and not have to bend my knee as much.

I generally try and park as far away as possible.

I always park in literally the first available (non-handicapped) space I see. Frequently this is near the back of the lot (which, as I've learned from this thread, is apparently the designated "car guys" zone). As long as my vehicle is completely within the designated lines for my space, I don't think I'm doing anything inconsiderate or wrong.

That one. My car is not a fancy car. Why is it a "penis extender" because I give a #### about it? I already said I never double park or do anything other than park away from other people. Why am I all of sudden compensating for something because I don't want to get my car wrecked? Hmm. There's absolutely zero reason. Thus, the way I see it, Resolute doesn't give a #### about other people's property.

Again, please point out where he said he'd smash your car with his doors. His post said no such thing.
