Feaster did say Nemisz would likely have made the team if he wasn't injured as well. Maybe a "last chance" but the Flames haven't given up on him at all.

Nemisz had one bad season after producing quite well in the ahl beforehand. This year he was played mostly in checking roles. If I'm not mistaken his linemates were usually banks and the captain. I think any player would have trouble producing with those two playerS. Nemisz doesn't create his own offence and needs to be put with a decent playmaker to produce points. However, His checking and cycling abilities are decent and close to nhl level for a fourth line player.

Does anyone know how much Ramo was making in the KHL? I was trying to search for it, but no luck. I remember reading something about a very significant offer by Omsk that would see Ramo as one of the league's highest paid players.

Either way, I am pretty sure Ramo left money on the table to come to the NHL. Just wondering how much money that really was.

Flames TV takes a look at Knight, Stajan and Cammalleri's work with the flood relief in High River.. as well as an interview with Knight about what he has lost and how he plans to move forward:

I am liking this Corban Knight's attitude more and more every time I see him interviewed.

Bet that brunette would do a fine job of screening other team's goalies!

Or heck, maybe she could come here and compete for a goalie position!

I really hope to see Nemisz make it somewhere but think his skating still holds him back.
Great to see Cammy, Stajan helping out with the Knights and so many others in High River. Good on ya boys!
