I haven't seen a game reffed this bad since the American Ref in the Salt Lake Finals tried to GIVE the US the game.

That doesn't make sense though. If that was the call then the free kick would have been outside the box.

Are the Canadian announcers not saying what the call was on the third goal? The American announcers are saying it was for the goalie holding onto the ball too long!! I have never heard of such a thing! (But I don't watch much soccer), and it didn't seem like she held it long.

I don't watch soccer a lot but the refereeing here is brutal. The last few minutes she gave the American ample chances to tie the game. It's brutal!!

i just re-watched the part where the US got the FK then Penalty shot.. WTF is wrong with the ref, that was a legal kick by the goalie, and should be 3-2 game over... nice to get screwed over in these games too
the ref has no idea what the hell she is doing
edit - that wasn't delay of game, complete bs
