No need. Dysentery on its own is rather efficient.
Besides, she wouldn't have made it to the nearest Hospital and with the state of American Health Care at the time? Dying alone in the woods would have been a mercy

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.
I hate to bust the budget bubble talk but let's be honest, the people in charge and associated cronies are stuffing their pockets and their bank accounts very well with our money.
This isn't just some sort of Liberal federal thing either, this is across the board in Canada. The level of corruption is off the charts and it's evident to anybody who has a logical brain. The difference between 3rd world countries corruption and G7 nation's is that the economy usually able to hide the fraud a little better.
Considering how far Canada has fallen economically under Trudeau, it's becoming more evident. Blowing through a balanced budget to the tune $60+ billion when there is not an official rescission is mind boggling. Where is all this money going? World class healthcare access? top notch military and security spending?, roads, transit, rail, airports and more transportation?
We are being taken advantage of and the lifestyle isn't making up for it to the degree it used to which is why everybody is pissed.

Well that's actually true. On the other hand, the right is out to get us too, only they want to take us out by banning vaccines and modern medical care, so we'll have time to give us all our money before we die.
So, what are we looking at here? A later Friday afternoon presser for Trudeau to resign and hope that everyone kind of forgets as we go through the holidays?
That's actually a surprisingly refreshing interview from a politician. Great watch. He's doing something that democracy needs more of, which is to break ranks when the team can no longer support their captain. I think a few other parties in Canada could learn from this guy too.

The Abacus guy was on CTV earlier. Take the numbers with a grain of salt because Abacus generally has the CPC higher than other pollsters by a few points but the numbers are pretty overwhelming.
Top line numbers
CPC 45%
LIB 20%
NDP 18%
BQ 8%
GRN 4%
PPC 4%
A 25 point gap and he said that among voters most likely to vote it becomes a 30 point gap.
58% of Canadians want an election now
23% do not want an election
15% don't know
4% don't care
Usually most Canadians never want an election.
Should Trudeau resign?
19% he should stay
67% he should resign
14% don't know
I can’t see there being any other outcome than a landslide conservative victory. Don’t think you have to worry.
If Trudeau strings it out until Oct they’ll be running mulroney 1993 territory. Party status gone.
Yes if Trudeau strings it out I absolutely agree with you. But look at what Danielle Smith did in replacing Kenny. The conservative Boogeymen voters will comeback to the liberals with a new leader.
Yeah it's pretty clear that a Liberal leadership replacement is not the preferred play for the CPC. Fence-sitting Libs may swing back. Not enough to change the tides, but maybe not hand them a supermajority.

The “I’m voting NDP unless it’s between the Liberals and Conservatives in which case I’m voting Liberal!” voters would as well, of which it always feels like there are many.

You being one of those voters. Not a shot, it’s just how you vote. Trying to make your vote count.

Not supporting that leader is a very low bar. I agree, it’s refreshing, but let’s not pretend it’s not long overdue.

He just needs to go for a walk in the snow, then the circle will be complete.

What’s really odd is the NDP calling for a Liberal leadership change. (Or else, they might do something as opposed to nothing.
Maybe. ).
I agree that a leadership change doesn’t necessarily help the CPC, but I can’t imagine how it helps the NDP. Why would Singh come out and publicly say Justin Trudeau has to be removed from leader of the Liberals, but won’t vote against him in a non confidence motion? He has had the opportunity (many times) to distance himself from the Liberals, but keep propping them up. How does that help the NDP in the next election?
It’s like Jagmeet only opens his mouth to change feet.
