Really impressed with cundari and billins early, cundari was throwing the body around behind the heat net

What a move and goal by Granlund.
1 on 1 beats Grebishskov and fires in a rocket of a goal!
Possible assist to Sven.

That would suck. He always plays well against the Nucks. Could mean it's Knight Time in Calgary.

They are calling it unassisted. Good to see Granlund break the drought though.
And have to think next callup will be Reinhart again.

Ortio has made a few beauty saves here.
Interesting note: If (I prefer to think when though) Ortio wins tonight, he takes over the AHL lead for wins.

Lane McDermid scores for the Heat to give a 3-1 lead.
However, Curtis Hamilton gets his 2nd of the night for OKC seconds later, so 3-2 Heat.

Sven Baertschi scores to make it 4-2 Heat. First goal as a member of the Heat this season.
Assists to Street and Knight.

Good to see the Heat won again! ....and great to see Granlund get back on the score sheet, and Sven finally pot one.

So is knight looking like a potential high end 3C the way he's playing right now?

Powerplay Quarterback
To me, Knight has "playoff performer" written all over him. Can't wait to see him secure his spot with the big club next year.

Hopefully the Flames clean house with some pending UFAs to give some of these guys time in the NHL.
Replace the Cammy Stajan and Stempniak line with Sven Knight and Granlund. Replace Butler with Wotherspoon.
