How does one consider calling out Smith’s perpetual fear-mongering as “getting to someone”? I mean, you could say this about mosquitoes.

I'm sure the NDP's win in Manitoba is getting to Bus Boobs in Alberta. Her dreams of a pipeline to Churchill just went up in a blaze of orange.

These ads really seem to be winning over the hearts and minds of our fellow Canadians. What a brilliant strategy by a master tactician/dish washer.

That's a Toronto Jazz station of course haha. Nobody gives a flying F about Alberta's personal drama over here. The only time Alberta is mentioned is when people dream of cheaper homes, which the UCP basically begged for when they had their Alberta is Calling campaign and now there's untold amounts of Ontarians driving up home prices moving west.
New strategy - complain to the recent arrivals and tell them how much energy costs suck back in Ontario, and how much better they are in their new home province!

Hard to imagine anyone left who hasn't realized that Smith and Trudeau are actually good for each other politically. Getting swept up in either of their rhetoric is for fools, some more foolish than others apparently.

Unfortunately the fool in Ottawa’s polices directly effect our economic and financial well being. And if a Toronto jazz station not playing the info ads is a big win enjoy it we care even less about their concerns.
I hope they enjoy the recession they voted for with the liberals.

How are those drop in property values going over there with the interest rates hikes?
I sure wouldn’t have wanted to recently moved there and bought at the top of the market.

Yes, the UCP cares so little about Ontario that they are using Alberta tax dollars to advertise their nonsense to them. Yoho logic

People who play in the Toronto market know what they're getting themselves into. And with price drops in Toronto, it's just going to pick right back up within the next six months even with higher interest rates. There are still homes being sold for over asking in my neighborhood alone because there will always be people looking to make money in this market, especially in the GTA detached home sector.
The downside of having such a great city like Calgary is that everyone wants to move there, and with it comes the growing pains that you're seeing now. But this is fairly obvious.

Your analysis is missing the key variable for yoho and ilk:
Trudeau in power? Any result that can be associated even loosely to him = bad.
It doesn't matter what is actually happening.
