Look at the first one, OD=B3. O is B and D is 3. A way to read it is like this: A1B3 C2C4 (GOOD LUCK)

When you black light the GOOD LUCK, it links them up like G>D, L>K, etc.

So you take the G and D from GOOD, if you look at the codes above it would be A and 3.

Hope this helps. Feel free to give me the codes you found and I can convert it.
Thank you! I've very nearly got this... I have two d4s though, is that supposed to happen? haha

It was mentioned earlier in the thread, but basically you put in all your other codes and then one of the d4. Then start selecting single random ones till it opens. I don't know if that will work, or if your codes got mixed up.

I don't know why I have such a sense of accomplishment, I figured out almost none of it on my own; still a relief

Whoever came up with this is one sadistic b*stard!

So lets say the first colour on the six lights above the keypad is yellow. And with yellow on your cube, it shows a 4. So you select the 4 corners on the keypad, then press that space bar below. The yellow light will appear above. Continue for all 6.
Can you believe I was clicking the space bar and then entering the dots? Not the other way round like it's supposed to be!

Ok, so I'm bailing here. Someone offered to crack my code (yeah yeah, funny times).

I've got ck = d3
lu = b2
od = a4
go = a3

Then
1. c3
2. c2
3. b2
4. a3

I think. I came up with a4, b3, a2, a2. or a4, b3, d3, a2. or my head is firmly up my butt.

How many frikken lights are supposed to be lit up? One in every column? Or more? Someone get me out of this god forsaken room, or I'm going to take the batteries, smash them against my pocket knife, and start a fire with my note paper and burn down the mother flippin door!

I got a4, d3, a2, b3

So the ones you should light up are c3, c2, b2, a3, a4, d3, a2, b3.

Grid goes A-D left to right and 4-1 top to bottom.

THANK YOU! I wish I could say the code worked, but honestly, I mashed buttons until I got it! I had all but two and kept putting in combination after combination, finally my frustration paid off!

And the bright light at the end is fitting, I feel like part of me may have had a stroke while attempting this game. BUT it was a lot of fun, thanks guys!!!

Video walkthrough (doesn't explain the code breaking part):

Edit: These are much better and show some of the decoding steps, although parts are in a foreign language: part 1, part 2.
