NM, finally figured out the keyboard.
So I've put in the two keys I have. Where's the third?

If you can open the electronic recorder, you use the knife on the back of the speaker.

If you guys don't mind the massive spoiler, here is how I solved it. It's probably not the most direct way, but I sorta typed it out as I went. I tried to separate things so you could get little hints without ruining everything.
GETTING STARTED
Circle Key behind briefcase
test tube behind first hidden wall
10 second note under chair
press right hidden wall for 10 seconds, get gold brick
watch battery 1 beside chair on ledge
watch battery 2 on side on picture
use circle key beside picture, get briefcase key
use briefcase key on briefcase, open, get swiss army knife, laser pointer, cube, envelope
go to wall socket, click info on knife, click until knife is out, click on socket
click info on knife, select 2nd screwdriver, unscrew socket, click socket, get 3rd watch battery
click on floor to right of briefcase, click on gold brick and place it on corner of floor
click info on knife, select blade, cut string, click gold brick, click plank, get black light
OPEN SAFE
go to info on laser pointer, add 3 watch batteries, shine laser on wall, write down code for safe (##R##LXXR##L)
go to info on swiss army knife, select cork screw, go to info on testtube, use cork screw, get note. This number = XX
open safe, get sound machine, wrench
CRACK RADIO
go to sound info, play with switches so all 5 tones are higher then original. when they are, click open.
get grid note. select blade and pry off magnet from speaker
go to chair and remove bolts with wrench, click on chair from front to move chair
select wrench info, add magnet to it, use it on the 4 holes to get batteries
insert batteries into black light
RIGHT HIDDEN WALL
go to right hidden wall, press the long bar 6 times and record the color sequence.
black light the cube to make the dice number with the colors. draw in the dot location for each color. pick up the key.
LEFT HIDDEN WALL
go to briefcase and write down the 4 letter/color sequence. go to left hidden panel, black light to see keyboard layout. Layout = CDEFGAB. Match your colors to these notes. get key
THIRD HIDDEN WALL
go blacklight the wall above the briefcase, find the hidden button. read the note inside the sound machine and use the grid to turn on the first 4 lights.
black light the envelope (good luck), see how there are lines linking the letters. GD, OC, OU, LK. Blacklight the gold bar, floor hole, safe, socket hole to get what each letter is and use the link to determine the remaining 4 spaces on the grid. get last key.
ESCAPE
place all 3 keys in the box inside the briefcase, open, get door handle
insert handle in door hole, walk out.

What the eff.
What position do the slider buttons need to be in. No matter where I put them, it all sounds the same. I'm loosing my mind.

Start will all of them in the middle. When you press play they should all be low pitch (LLLLL). Start with the left one and move it once, press play, if it's right it will sound like HLLLL, if it's wrong it will still sounds LLLLL. If it's wrong, try again. Once you get 1 right move on to the next, until you get 2 highs in a row (HHLLL). Keep repeating till all 5 beeps are higher pitched, then click open.

Oh my lord.
So I'm at the second key thing. Clicked on it 6 times, got 6 colours, but my cube only has three. HELP?!
"Draw in the dot location for each colour". That is not getting through my thick skull. I don't get it.

Going CRAZY on this last grid... I don't get how the spots you blacklighted (eg GO = d4 in the floor) relates to the link from GOOD/LUCK

Lets say these are the codes you found:
OD=B3
LU=C2
GO=A1
CK=C4
Look at the first one, OD=B3. O is B and D is 3. A way to read it is like this: A1B3 C2C4 (GOOD LUCK)
When you black light the GOOD LUCK, it links them up like G>D, L>K, etc.
So you take the G and D from GOOD, if you look at the codes above it would be A and 3.
Hope this helps. Feel free to give me the codes you found and I can convert it.

Are you using the black light on Good Luck? Because then it would tell you that the G and the D go together. So take the alpha-numeric code and split it up. Then put it together.

Why am I feeling like such an idiot?
Ok, I've got the colours and the numbers on the cube. And I'm looking at the key thing. I pressed it 6 times and have the sequence. Will someone walk this idiot through what to do next. (then I've got the last key thing, UGH!)

DOK, there are six lights above the pad. Write down the colour and order of each one.
Then, go to your cube and write down each colour and the position of the dots.
So lets say the first colour on the six lights above the keypad is yellow. And with yellow on your cube, it shows a 4. So you select the 4 corners on the keypad, then press that space bar below. The yellow light will appear above. Continue for all 6.
