Keep in mind that on top of the $300 deposit, there will likely be another $600 - $650 due in August, for a total of $900 - $950 total. I just don't want to catch anyone off gaurd who payed for the deposit and then freaks out when they see the remaining cost due in August.

Basically even though the first fee is for you jersey and league fee deposit, it really is only paying for the jerseys, then the second fee will be the equivelant of your league fees.

Flameswin: Check your email and put the back-up goalie (for the Saints) on stand-by. I may have injured my shoulder a lot worse than I had originally thought. Should be ok for the game after that... I hope. Unless I tore my rotator cuff then I could miss a few weeks of the summer.

Crap, hope it heels quickly. I guess that's what happens when our warm-up consists of drinking at the bar until gametime.

Oh yeah, and some more bad news for the new Calgarypuck team. It seems the NCHL has raised their fees this year. Last year it was $8000, and half your games were at home and half were away. this year they want $9100 to have all your games away, so you have no set arena or ice time. Then you can pay $9600 to have a home arena/ice time for half your games. So a quick estimate (including gst) puts it at $735 per guy for the cheaper fee (no home rink), and $775 per guy to have a home arena/ice time. So when you add the jerseys to that, it's going to be one expensive season.

Yes, we crown national champs for each Tier! What other league offers national championships?
None: JUST HNA!
Tier 1-3 played in Las Vegas.
Tiers 4 played in Toronto; 48 teams in one weekend!
Best of all: it’s free to play in this tournament.
You still have to pay for your own hotel, van rental and airfare.

Tournaments

Banff - preseason
Canmore – Preseason
New York – Preseason
Washington DC – Preseason
Amsterdam – Spring (play as Team Canada!)
Chicago – Spring
Las Vegas – Spring
Calgary – Spring
Atlantic City – Spring
Vernon - Spring
Orlando – Spring

So...you're no longer look at the NCHL? What's the HNA cost? It looks pretty effing sweet though.

I believe it's about $8500, which is $1100 cheaper than the NCHL. But more importantly, it looks like the ice times are very reasonable. Also, the HNA gives every GM a $150 'captains' credit when the league fees are all in on time.

So because the jerseys will be close to $300 altogether, the $300 deposit due by July 15th will officially be for your jerseys, as the league fees in HNA aren't due til a later date.

Then in August, I will ask for the entire league fee's in one payment (probably around August 15th or so).

Also, anyone who's on the roster, please pm me your personal info (real name, number, e-mail) if you haven't done so already. Also anyone who's on the roster but hasn't responded since the fees have gone up in price, please let me know that you still pan on putting in a deposit by the 15th.

...and if you're on the waiting list and still want to play, please be ready to pay the $300 deposit on short notice, because you never know if someone's going to wait right up until the 15th and then decide they can't afford to play or whatever.

Also, for those of you ordering a jersey that don't live in CAlgary, I'm going to have to find a way to get your money, cause I'm pretty technically challanged when it comes to anything to do with money transferring via the internet. Maybe money orders, or western union money transfer's?

Okay so now the dates are official. The deposit (jersey fee) of $300 is due on or before July 15th, while the remainder will be due on or before August 15th.

I'm going to create a spreadsheet with everyone's name on it to keep track of everyone's payments, so if you haven't already, make sure you fire me a pm with your info.
