It makes you think, going after Miller after his hit (which did seem unintentional, but a nasty one nonetheless) may have instilled in this group that everyone sticks up for each other no matter what pairing or line you’re on. Lomberg was a force all night. Agitator work at its finest.

Flames outworked the Canucks...and were fine in the first too until the hit made them blind with rage and took penalties and running all over the place and got out of their game.
Canucks got some easy pp goals and then cocky and lazy.
Flames D did well in not giving up the rebounds.

A lot contributed to the sloppy first. The Gaudreau tribute probably didn’t help (though it was good). The hit on Rooney and the extra penalty they got. The multiple non-whistles on Garland’s goal.

LOL! I didn't even know it was you. You outted yourself. I just remembered last year when he was going on a great stretch and there was a ton of posts "Trade him now at his highest value!" X 1000.
In the past 8 months he has given other players more concussions than he has received...
