First period was a bit of a tire fire, but they really put on a road clinic in the last 40. Stuck with it and ground the Canucks down.

Backlund really needed to skate that puck into the zone.

Really fun game to watch!

Pospisil’s style, his past production and his injury history make me think he is a risk, and if a good trade comes along, it has to be strongly considered.
On the other hand, if he keeps doing well at centre and finds chemistry with Huberdeau, he might be worth keeping around for a while. It certainly should raise Conroy's asking price.

What a game.

Few defensive mistakes to start but that seems easily fixable. How fast the defense got the puck up the ice was great to see.

Well hot damn. That was a spectacular effort from the boys. Top notch effort after the first.

Don’t forget Toronto. Only semi-sad that Montreal inevitably then therefore had to win, but otherwise yes perfect night.

I really liked this game. If this team plays together and refuses to quit when everyone has thempegged as losers, we are going to have a great year of hockey to watch.

Gotta be giving Huska credit to be putting those two out. Obviously the right decision.

I like Pospisil a lot. What you fail to grasp is that sometimes you trade players you like.

I think it’s you that’s up past your bed time, junior.

Let the Habs have their little moment in the sun.

In fact, I'm feeling generous tonight. I hope the Canadiens score one goal every game!

Their disgusting fans deserve every bit of this.

Like Game 6 in 2004. Canucks get late goal with empty net. Lose anyway.

Odd time to bring up trading a 24 year old after he had a great game and the team has a massive win

Sure, but that depends on Sharky. Pospisil may be enough like Bennett that it makes sense. But they need a shooter. Maybe Zary.

For some reason guys get a bit of chemistry with Huberdeau and then get moved - Kuzy was an example.
