Theo was my hockey hero growing up. And I understood that there was a lot more to the story as he unraveled through the end of his career. I really found I lost respect for the person when his comeback tour ended, and he complained about not being signed to keep playing. I took my son to those preseason games and it was an absolute hoot to see him out there, but there was no question that he really couldn't keep up. His subsequent tantrum about not making the team left a sour taste in my mouth, and reeked of entitlement.
And I think the proof is all around us these days at how dangerous misinformation can be.
