What we do know is they went out of their way with weapons to stop someone they believe committed a crime. We don't even know with certainty if the guy did in fact do something bad, but he quite possibly did.

The media does a great job whipping these things into a frenzy, sometimes they are accurate but most times they are simply trying to make money. We all need to be patient...is there a single person on this site that would want these guys to be set free if they were in fact murderers as you stated? I doubt it...but I am starting to worry that there are posters who don't care if they do turn out to be innocent, they want them in jail no matter the facts or their guilt.

Not good when we want innocent people in jail...and they are innocent until proven guilty. The fact I defend justice doesn't make me a sympathize for either side of this case, I posted more on principle. Amazing this requires defending...one friend of mine defends some really bad people here in Calgary, she does it because everyone deserves a fair trial, but she does receive a lot of flak, it is actually scary.

I am also a true crime geek, so I want to know the facts...I am not counting on getting that from the media.

There is also an issue of what should be legal.

There is no scenario of what occurred prior to the video that could make me feel what occurred in the video should be legal. It me be legal under some ridiculous law but it shouldn’t be.

If you are not the police it should not be legal to chase someone with a firearm.
