Poirier should be head and shoulders above everyone at a camp like this. Good to hear nonetheless.

P.S. They must have changed the schedule -- Team Gelinas was scheduled to be first on the ice today.

Parsons is not disappointing at all. Very composed in net. Not a lot of wasted movement.

Great to hear. Haynes mentioned on the radio this morning that Parsons had only had the pads on twice so far this offseason but obviously no signs of rust today.

I think Parsons is the best goalie I have seen in junior, definitely the best to come through London. That Memorial Cup winning team two years ago was mediocore at the start of the year, Parsons was winning games for them that they didn't deserve.

Then this year's playoffs were well documented where the Knights would get badly out shot, yet somehow win. The best being a game they won over Erie 3-2 after being out shot 46-12.

On March 14th against Erie in the regular season they were out shot 43-22 in a 3-2 win as well.

Even the game 7 loss against Erie a 6-5 loss in OT, the Knights were out shot 63-29 and Parsons the only reason again that they were in it.

I'm predicting that he makes it a tough decision to send him down in NHL camp.

Not to mention he basically beat Windsor himself in a 7 game series. The Knights were the second best team in that series too.

Would a shooter tutor have stopped that first goal in game four of the playoffs vs the Ducks?

If so, nice upgrade.

Parsons has actually looked terrific. He and Poirier have easily been the standouts here

Great to hear about Poirier - I really hope it works out for him. Such a promising start to his career.

Probably not, there isn't as much to really report on this year. Not as many prospects. I'll put up a summary here at some point though, probably tomorrow... I arrived late today and can't really speak for Team Conroy much outside of the guys who really stood out.

Seeing matthew phillips makes me think even scorpy could be big enough to be a prospect some day.
