Cause pain, get under the guy's skin. If causing pain is an injury, and that's the hill you're going to stand on, then every body check, headlock in a scrum is intent to injure. As is every gloved punch in the face and every slash on the arms or to the back of the leg. If we're talking about an injury that affects his ability to play in the future, then no, I highly doubt that is his intent. There's be a thousand suspensions this year.
I'm not defending Prust, he's cowardly and says he plays the game according to some "code" that seems to at the very least be extremely arbitrary. It's a dirty play and I don't like it. Doesn't mean we should suspend every play we don't like
Again, in the at least thirty examples I found in a very quick google search (3 in the last week alone, 2 on the same night) NO ONE GOT INJURED. In fact, I searched pretty hard and couldn't find a single injury from it despite so many examples. Certainly no one died.
