I would think Kane has a list of 29 teams that he would accept a trade to right now

As terrible as Winnipeg is I can't imagine him accepting a trade to Edmonton. They're no good.

You're right, Edmonton is no good - 28 teams.

For those who missed it, here's a 7 minute clip of the HNIC discussing Tortorella in the intermission.

are you kidding?

Edmonton would be perfect for him! He'd be a kid in a candy store in Edmonton.

No accountability, and the local media is under strict instructions to not report anything negative about you. Winning doesn't matter.

Probably top of his list.

Watching Sportsnet recap :

Montreal Brian Gionta was definitely offside but linesmen didn't call. Gionta ended up scoring on that play. Habs won 5-3 over Detroit.

Leafs lose again. I was expecting Carlyle blaming his goaltender for a lost again but surprised he didn't even mentioned him. Does Dion Phaneuf ever smile on any of his post-game interview? I like Phaneuf but it just getting annoying to see his interview.

Who's going to make the wild card in the East? Good race I guess.

Chris Johnston ‏@reporterchris 3m
Cryptic (and telling) quote from Paul Maurice on how Evander Kane can get back in the #NHLJets lineup: "Probably just come to the rink."

Man, that LA pp might have been the worst I've ever seen. Losing battles everywhere, couldn't find an open man, no urgency at all.

Hrudey saying Brown thinks so highly of Kopitar's talent and commitment to a 2 way game that he could be a 90 point player, but he prefers the style of game he plays because it helps the team win and individual points aren't as important.

Talk about an antithesis to the Oilers. One team is good. The other is no good.

How about a picture of an RV on the edge of a cliff. Style points for a Nuck logo on the side. The movie RV had that situation. They're done anyway, but it would still be nice to see.

Wow, terrible show of goaltending between Winnipeg and Toronto. Even worse defense if that's even possible, by Toronto.

Vancouver looks more dangerous now that they are on the brink. Now Edler scores.

One loss here and you can put a nail in it for Vancouver.

I think Dallas/Phoenix have a 4 point cushion (assuming the Canucks win out) before they're mathematically done.

Edit: Lol, make that 2.

The weird thing is if you didn't see all the blood you wouldn't be able to tell Greene was hurt. It's like that guy feels no pain.
