Yep, Berra came out to challenge and lost his angle. Nothing new there.

Unrelated but Would also argue that Ramo has had the tougher starts so far. Berra's lost to the Oilers twice already.
And how is that Berras fault? Like Roof-Daddy said, Berra has played excellent in his last 5. How has Ramo earned anything with the way Berra has performed? It's called playing the hot hand.

And as to the last Oilers win, the team didn't show up in front of Berra. He played very well and let in one unlucky goal off Smyths chest.

We have seen many times when a player can beat a call they still call it icing. And in junior they have no touch but still call it of if the player can beat it out.

Wonder which one is going to Washington. Stajan, cammalleri or Stempniak.

That bobble with the puck was enough to throw Berra's positioning off...and that was a pretty perfectly placed shot.

Giordano should have had that pass, block it with your body not wave our stick. And Berra should have had the shot.

That would be fine with me. The worst part was Kesler getting rocked by a clean hit from Iginla and then instigates the fight and is saved.

Bah! Humbug! Berra floating around again!!!

I think it was a nicer shot than most are giving credit for. However - I think Berra could have played it better. THAT being said - won't win games getting outshot 13-2 in the first period.

That did not look like the most difficult shot in the world.

They're still getting used to the fundamentals. And it's still not the same rule.

That was a good shot. Go far side at that angle, beats most goalies. Berra shouldn't have lost the angle after the fumble though. Do'h
