Attaboy Joe, you lean forward and give him a shove whilst the ball flies over your head.

Really pissed off at TSN/Shaw. Got back from Radium on Sunday with the Newcastle game PVRd. Sat down to watch last night and it turned out to be the Sunderland game. Not sure if it was Shaw or TSNs mistake but hopefully that isn't an indication of things to come this season.

Apparently there is now a rival bid for Bale, or at least Spurs are claiming there is one.
Could this be United moving for Bale, Rooney then freed up for Chelsea, then Chelsea, who just poached Willian from under Spurs' nose, moving on one of their attacking options to Spurs? The article refers to Spurs talking to Chelsea about picking up a player that has been made surplus by Willian (which I hope is not Mata, though there has been smoke around him leaving).
Rooney bid has been delayed, but I can see a new bid being lodged right after tonight's game

I can't see Levy selling to another English club, especially when there are offers from clubs abroad.

Agreed, Levy is arguably the best chairman in football.

I see him taking less even, which is laughable because of the 100million we've seen floating around. He wont be boned again, see Berbatov.

Rooney already getting the cheers, while he's in the tunnel. Well in Stretford. Well in.

Fergie may have gone - but it's still one set of rules for United and the other for the visiting team. Valencia lucky not to be booked, then De Bruyne booked for what must have been seen by the referee as De Bruyne using his face against van Persie's elbow...

Why didn't you mention Cole's tackle on van Persie? Did you decide to have a one-minute nap during that? Hilarious, your crying. And predictable.

Cole on RVP and Valencia on Oscar were equally bad, and got the same punishment.

United badly need a box-to-midfielder. Makes me sad that I still have to say that a few days before the window closes.

They have needed one for a couple seasons now. If Carrick gets hurt they are in big, big trouble.

Or Ashley Cole's dive, or FAT FRANK's HANDBALL. Unreal, two games in a row Chelsea gets away with it.

WTF Moyes? Bring on 67-year-old Giggs and leave Kagawa on the bench for 90 minutes? Brilliant, Ferguson couldn't have done it better!

No it wasn't.

I'd put more effort into the rebuttal, but after watching that turgid dirge, I can't be arsed.

that's not necessarily a penalty for me, but a lot closer to it than Cole's pathetic dive.

I wouldn't give that a penalty but that's very close. Yes it's an unintentional handball but Lampard's arm is in an unnatural position and it's blocking space.

I think what saves Lampard is that he was so close and the ball's speed was very high.
