Lol you should've been the one playing him. I didn't get it?

Interesting how he wants the computer difficulty lowered but has the highest win % in the league. I'm sure it's a coincidence lol very confusing!

I have played Justin once and won. He didn't do anything out of the ordinary that I recall and it would have been a frustrating game because he had some injuries and my dudes seemed to get a rebound chance on every shot I took. Our second game we didn't get in.

I would also note that before the great re-sim of our times, I was leading the west by a decent margin with a win %age of OVER NINE THOUSAND and you've smacked me around on the regular, too.

We're all here to have fun and the two time I've played him I beat him an hes once rage quit with 2 minutes left and last night was just pitiful. He stopped skating, put the puck over the glass multiple times to delay the game it was awful!!!

Thank you to those of you who don't freak out and have a spaz attack because you had a bad bounce or two. Funny part was he was only down 2-0 when he gave up.

I have no clue how he has the record he does. Hearing he went 6-0 in the sim is frustrating but I'm thinking he play the computer multiple times to get a win as I've beat him both times i played him by multiple goals. And I know I'm far from the best gamer here given by those of you who have laid a licking on Chicago lol but I don't freak out and start playing cheap or quit.

Just something I wanted to bring to everyone's attention and keep an eye on. As it was quite annoying and pathetic.

Justin please remember its just for fun and everyone has games where things don't go your way. Your in first place an dont need to freak out just cuz you got down two goals!

Thanks!
Don't think he even plays the cpu from what he mentioned last segment. Just lets it sim and the game loves his team so he wins most of the time.

I've played against guys like that online and it's damn frustrating...last time that happened I had to maintain control of the puck the whole game just to run out the clock on the sore loser. From what I've heard with the 'rage quits' and the childish play when losing I would say he's already had his chances and is due to get the boot now.

No place for any of that at all here and I bet I'm not the only one who agrees.

Feel like you would have to have more than one person who's had this experience to justify even thinking about booting a dude who is active in this game and as I say my game against him was fine.

I disagree because including me that's 5 users who have had issues with him. It was also brought to my attention today another gm saw a game online where he was playing the same team losing then would be back at zero zero four separate times with one hour.

So I think the evidence speaks for itself. His record is ridiculous, STL ya Saturday I was getting the bounces an you took It and played it out like a user should and like I have many times over. Look at my record I'm only in 7th lol.

Let me know what you guys think but I don't think blatant cheating by the team whose clearly in first is not fair to the other GM's. it's not one instance it's multiple ones.

Either way, i'm saying there should be zero tolerance for this sort of stuff.

Hope my team is on his schedule in the near future....

My opinion is the following:

I absolutely detest people that rage quit because things don't go their way.

I think the following should serve as a warning for 3 Justin 3, I think the fact that he openly admits to rage quitting is even more annoying.

I feel that if he continues his antics (rage quitting, or stalling the game/doing stupid things like pulling your goalie) that he should be removed or replaced from the league.

We're all here to have fun, we've all won some lopsided games just like we'll in turn lose them, all part of playing in the game and there's no reason to flip your lid because of it.

I agree but I just can't get over the likely amount of times he's quit on computer games. A user blatantly saw him restart a game 4 times in one hour.

He's in first by a mile and by no means deserves to be there. There's many other teams that have beaten me handily that deserve to be there not him.

I'm of the zero tolerance policy...

Yeah but you blatantly personally don't like the guy, either, and you're the commissioner, so it starts to look like you're just booting people who you don't get along with which doesn't look good.

You initially framed your issue with him as a warning on the last page, I'm of the view that it should be a warning at most, sounds like Gary thinks it should be a warning, not sure about Lox, but there is obviously no consensus view. If 5 users have complained let's hear from them. Don't just knee-jerk boot him.

I agree, this should be a warning. If one more user that has not previously complained about him, should bring up an issue moving forward. PUNT!

I did see him restart a game multiple times because he was about to lose to a computer.

Okay thats fine, it has nothing to do with me personally not liking him. It's game im not gonna like/ dislike someone based on a video game. I don't really care either way. It was more about him blatantly cheating and inflating a phony record but if you guys are okay with it we can keep him in.

It was more I thought people who actually play and are good users deserve to be ahead of him in the standings. When he gets caught restarting one game four times that's kinda ridiculous. So i wouldn't really call that a knee jerk reaction but if you want him to stay even though he's done that multiple times then that's what it'll be. I know the DNF rating isn't 100% correct but he does have the highest rating in the league. I'm sure it's not coincidence

I was just trying to keep the league fair for everyone! If you guys want him to stay then he can stay. It's all good!!!!

No idea if his record is inflated, I've only played him once.

We don't get to decide who the CPU favours... luck of the draw, some people will benefit and others will get screwed. If someone's record is inflated because the EA CPU has a big hard-on for them when we sim games it's probably not the end of the world because I am assuming that once we get to the playoffs, you HAVE to play your games. It would obviously be complete BS if someone simmed a playoff series. So if someone not as good ends up in the dance, they'll get knocked off by a better player anyway, home ice advantage or no home ice advantage.

Lol ya. I'm done with this conversation. He's a cheater but we need active users so guess we'll leave it alone.

Waste of time to keep debating, move on!

Almost playoff time!!!!!!

Well that was the most annoying night of playing this since ever. Four games, went 2-2. First 3 games I won the shot battle by at least 2-1 (outshot one team 50 to 12) and managed to win 1-0 and 2-1 and lose 3-2 - the game I lost was 39-19 in my favour. Then I play Lox and his first two goals are a ricochet and a half wrister by Vern Fiddler, and I just know it's going to be one of "those" games. Total was 5 goals scored on something approaching 150 shots.

Give me a break, EA.

Blues you shoot from everywhere that's why your shot counts are so high I agree you out played me but your shot tallies are inflated you aren't going to score from the side or blue line to often without screens

How do the playoffs work? And how long do they usually take? Cause I'm probably not making them also how does the draft work? Do we all have to be on at the same time to make our picks? Or what? Anyone know?

While I didn't have similar problems, I played last night and was just sort of disinterested, lol. I played Edmonton the first game and literally as I'm starting my boss calls me, I never realized how hard it was to focus on a video game and the phone at the same time, hah. I went down 2-0 pretty quickly but managed to come back and win it 3-2 in OT.

Played Lox the second game and he beat me pretty handily, probably the toughest guy/team I've had to play so far.

Then I lost I think 3-1 to Winnipeg.

I dunno, all in all, I just found all the games very boring, maybe just an oddity, I dislike pounding on the pokecheck as a form of defense and will often try to hit more, but I realized more tonight that unfortunately pokecheck is obviously the easiest way to play D but I'll be damned if it isn't so god damn boring.

Man don't tell me my shot totals are inflated when zone time was like 10 mins to 4.

I wasn't even going to say who it was - Out of 50 shots on you about 25 were from home plate, and the shots from angles create rebounds (or do when the CPU doesn't decide that they should die on the goalie's pads). Blue line shots should go in occasionally but you're right - they don't - unless you get a tip, which happens based entirely on AI. In other words, some games the CPU decides to let you score goals on those kinds of plays, other games not so much. Which is okay I guess. It's just annoying when the one timers from 6 feet get routinely stopped (unless it's Ovechkin shooting).

And yeah Gary Lox is particularly good at poke defence, it's tough to get a clean zone entry against him. He'll be tough to beat in the playoffs.
