I think the city should take up Nenshi's suggestion he made at one council meeting meeting.

Gord Lowe retires before the election in 2013, and, as a thank you for his years of service, the city should name a certain piece of infrastructure, the "Gord Lowe Airport Trail Tunnel".

I haven't heard or read much about Gord Lowe, so I did a search. Here's the first quote that came up.
