On a more serious note - I need to make it look like I have bigger ears, like a rugy player, or Robin Regher. Anyone have suggestions as to how I can make my ears stick out a bit? Something behing them maybe? But what?

This is really cool! A little seizure-inducing but cool none the less.

It's always a struggle finding unique, socially aware Halloween costumes for the kids. Thankfully, there are the internets:

My daughter has the perfect figure (and heritage) to pull it off.

Where could I get a used high-school jacket, for a Teen Wolf costume? Nothing at Value Village.

there's two or three second hand stores on 17th ave, junkstar is one... I can't remember the other one, but they are both about a block from each other

right around 5th street

edit, the other one is called divine, down some stairs, between melrose and the yardhouse, that one was better if i recall

There's a costume shop just opened for the season in that building just south of Sunridge Mall, was in there a few days ago and it was pretty empty (empty of people, had lots of costumes and makeup and stuff).

Don's Hobby Shop on Center St, was packed last night, and has the best selection I have seen for accessories.

Don's Hobby Shop has a new store in Dalhousie as well. It's in the strip mall where the Crowchild Inn used to be. Not as big as the one on Centre Street but might not be as busy as I don't know how many people know it's there.
